Hi, I'm 32 and am a first time mother to a lovely, feisty little girl. A few months ago, we used the system to get her naps and night time sleeping in order. She had picked up lots of bad habits, including only settling when being held and not being able to soothe herself to sleep. We've seen a massive improvement in her sleeping, so much so that she even talks to her toys for an hour in the morning if she wakes up early!
