Elisa and Natalie (16 Month Old Twins)
Gérald and his partner, live in Southampton with their twin daughters Elisa and Natalie. At 16 months old the family started The Baby Sleep System.
They had not had a full nights sleep since the girls were born. Each woke at least
twice in the night demanding milk and they screamed until they got it. Gérald's
partner was only getting 5 hours sleep in total and only for one or two hours at a stretch.
The couple had tried a variety of different ways to make the twins sleep through
the night but although it may have worked for one of them for a little while,
it never worked for them both at the same time.
After 16 months of sleepless nights and a desperate mother, Gérald set
about finding a solution on the internet. He bought The Baby Sleep System,
read it straight away and tried it on the same evening.
As Gérald explains:
"The first couple of nights were quite difficult but
after a further five nights, Elisa and Natalie were only waking once or
twice and for a few minutes only. Now, we are able to sleep well every night,
