Sleep Workshops and Consultations
Baby Sleep Answers run sleep workshops for groups of parents and are also able
to offer both telephone and face-to-face consultations.
Sleep Workshops
Sleep workshops are run with no more than five couples. Two two hour sessions are
held, a week apart.
In the first session parents are told how to use The Baby Sleep
System to establish a sleep routine for their child. The Baby Sleep Answers consultant
will describe the approaches to tackle night time waking and will give hints and tips
on how to use sleep cues that are appropriate for your child.
In the second session
parents are able to report on their progress and to troubleshoot any issues that may
have arisen through the week with the sleep consultant.
A copy of The Baby Sleep System book together with access to the Baby Sleep
Answers support forum is included in the workshop price.
Prices: Workshops are just £80 per couple for both sessions.

Consultations
The following one to one consultation services are available:
1. One-to-One Online Consultation
A one-to-one private consultation with a sleep mentor for purchasers of The Baby Sleep System.
